Rosehall Run Cuvee County Gamay Noir

Highly aromatic with big juicy cherries. lovely white pepper notes and hints of minerality laced throughout. Made from 100% Estate grown grapes, winemaker Dan Sullivan has done it again. If you are new to wine (or an old friend) have a glass of this Gamay… It will make you smile on a cold Winter day. Due to its silky smooth tannins and fruit forward plate we would recommend this with our Perch Tacos.

Black River Malbec

Our newest favourite that has been describes as “good as three day old soup” – flavours that are well balanced and perfectly wonderful. Canale Family vineyards are organic and sustainable, their wines are hand picked and handled with care. This Malbec has cherry, black berry and sweet wet earth aromas while the palate is juicy and fruit forward with great tannins and lovely balance. Pairs well with our Braised Lamb Shank.

Valdibella ‘Kerasos’ Nero D’Avola

Nero D’Avola is one of the most widely grown grapes in Sicily named for its dark skins and the town of Avola on the island’s southeast coast. With aromas of forest berries, red currants and raspberry on the noseand hints of balsamic adding a sweet/tart quality to the already mouthwatering scents. Big and bold on the palate with a silky smooth mouth feel, firm acidity and tannins with a pleasant, long finish. Would pair nicely with our Chef’s Cut.

Echeverria Classic Carmenère

Truly a staff favourite, this bright and aromatic Carmenère is ripe with green jalapeno, black berries and blackcurrants. Light in body, this medium finish Carmenère is spicy enoughto wake your palate yet soft, supple tannins add balance to create a smooth, velvety wine bursting with red berry fruits – would pair well with our La Rioja pasta.
