With 85% being Torrontés this blend is highly aromatic, bursting with fresh, juicy grapefruit, lemon and lime. The palate has a lovely minerality and a touch of almond bitterness to awaken the taste buds. Slightly creamy on the tongue with a great silky smooth finish leaving a lasting impression. A perfect pairing with our classic Garlic and White Wine Mussels.

ELEGANT

Sangervasio Bianco

Who needs one varietal when you can have a blend? Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc come together to create a medium bodied, well structured tasty treat. Aromas of white fruit such as apple and pear with hints of tropical fruit waft from the glass while a slight spice and a rich minerality makes you forget about the snow… at least for a little while. A great pairing with our Calabaza Pizza.

POWERFUL

Brokenwood Semillon

Lemongrass, fresh lime and a hint of white blossoms waft from the glass with notes of sweet lemon custard. Lively, well rounded with great acidity this young Semillon could be aged for a few more years… but with a bottle this good we simply could not wait. Good length on the finish with great lingering flavours of burnt citrus oils – delish! Great pairing with our Fish Special.

Domaine Hervé Azo Chablis

A classic Chablis grown in the Northern parts of Burgundy with its light fruitiness and beautiful bouquet of mineral-laced flower blossoms. Unoaked to show its delicate, subtle flavours of fresh citrus, white stone fruit – think white peaches – and hint of white blossoms. Crisp, juicy and delicious we feel it would pair best with Seared Scallops.
